This week, 10-15 September 2017, the third plenary meeting of the iSQAPER project  is taking place. The venue of the meeting is the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning (IARRP), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) in Beijing. Prof. Minggang Xu act as a host for this meeting. The obtained results of the project will be presented and discussed. Poster sessions will take place to show the achievements and future plans in the different case studies. Work package leaders will show the results so far and fine-tuning about the work to be carried out will also be discussed and presented.

The third plenary meeting of the iSQAPER project will be held in Beijing - China from 10-15 September 2017. Venue of the meeting will be the Institute of Agricultural Resourses and Reginal Planning (IARRP), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

An application is open for a Postdoc Fellowship within the project “iSQAPER - Interactive Soil Quality Assessment in Europe and China for Agricultural Productivity and Environmental Resilience”, funded by Community funds through Horizon 2020 (http://www.isqaper-project.eu/), ongoing at the Institute of Mediterranean Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (ICAAM) of the University of Évora, Portugal.

Sampling campaign in the Long Term Field experiments in China

According to project planning and WP tasks, soil samples have been taken in March and April, 2017, at Qiyang, Wangcheng, Suining, Zhengzhou and Gongzhuling from the long-term experiment sites. This work is supervised by Prof. Minggang Xu, Chinese coordinator of this project, working at IARRP, CAAS.
